Forty-eight people attended the event, including the head and chief of the local police, university professors, businessmen, and social leaders.

Angola - A rally to deliver the UPF peace message was held in the capital of Angola, in the hall of the African League on October 7. The 102 people attending the event included government administrators, Muslim and Christian religious leaders, university professors, party heads, leaders of NGOs, diplomats, and journalists.
